专利说明:
Drive for a sliding door or sliding window. The present invention relates to a drive for a sliding door or sliding window. Sliding doors or sliding windows contain, as is known, a fixed frame which is composed of hollow profiles and of a door element which is slidably arranged in the frame. Sliding doors and sliding windows are increasingly being driven by electric motors that were visibly mounted in the past. Such sliding doors or sliding windows usually comprise a belt drive with a belt that is mounted out of sight in a surface-mounted box and which is guided over at least two turning wheels that are rotatably arranged around axes fixed in the frame, the belt or the like being coupled to the sliding door element and wherein the belt drive is driven by means of a motor drive comprising a motor and, if appropriate, a transmission. In order to meet the aesthetic requirements of the customer, the motor drive operator is increasingly mounted concealed in the hollow profiles of the fixed frame so that it is visible as little as possible in the closed or open condition of the window or door. The problem that arises here is that by mounting the motor or motor group in a concealed manner, the accessibility of the various components is greatly restricted, for example for installing cabling or for maintenance or replacement of components, or the like. In the event of a defect in one of the components, it is disadvantageous that often the entire motor or motor drive or large parts thereof must be replaced, which is usually not an easy task in the case of a built-in motor or motor drive. In addition, different elements often have to be disassembled or disconnected, which means extra time loss. The installation of the motor or motor drive and the provision of the necessary installation options also brings. a relatively large cost for the manufacturer. The invention has for its object to provide a solution to one or more of the aforementioned and other problems. To this end the invention relates to a sliding door or sliding window with a fixed frame that is composed of profiles and with a door or window element that is slidable in the frame, which drive comprises a belt drive for driving the sliding door or window element and a motor drive with a motor and, where appropriate, a transmission for driving the belt drive, whereby for the functional use of the sliding door or sliding window the belt drive and the motor drive are mounted in the fixed frame or are provided for being mounted in the frame, the motor drive for the functional use of the sliding door or sliding window is mounted in a recess of the fixed frame or is provided for mounting in it and that the motor drive or a part thereof can be moved at least partially from the above-mentioned recess or provided for this without that the belt drive has to be dismantled without having to disconnect the motor or the motor drive. An advantage of a drive according to the invention is that it can be integrated in a concealed manner in the frame of the door or of the window without the drive being visible, but that notwithstanding this advantage the drive is easy to mount and afterwards the motor drive or parts thereof can also be easily dismantled for maintenance, repair or replacement. Preferably, the motor drive or at least a portion thereof is rotatably mounted about the axis of a belt drive turning wheel between a position of use wherein the motor drive is concealed in the frame of the door or window and a mounting or dismantling position in which the motor drive from the position of use has at least partially been removed from the frame. The invention thus relates to a modularly constructed motor or motor drive which is preferably built into an upper profile of the fixed frame and of which at least a part can rotate downwards about the axis of the turning wheel. This makes the crucial parts ergonomically accessible and parts of the rotating part or the entire part can be replaced if necessary. In addition, this allows the motor drive to remain functionally coupled to the belt drive in the mounting / dismantling position, which can be useful for testing and adjustment purposes. Because the motor drive or a part thereof rotates around a turning wheel, the drive belt does not have to be loosened or adjusted after the motor drive has been put back into use. The motor drive preferably comprises an electric motor with a mechanical coupling that allows the motor to be disconnected from the motor drive or to snap off, so that the motor is also easy to replace. When the motor drive or part of it is turned away, the motor can be disconnected from the electric current by means of a docking connector or coupling of which one connector part is fixedly mounted in the frame and another connector part is mounted on the motor and separated from each other be detachable while the power and control cables can remain connected to the fixed connector part, so that no cables need to be disconnected for maintenance or repair. According to a special aspect of the invention, the aforementioned drive is built on two profiles that are axially displaceable relative to each other, namely, on the one hand, a first profile which is intended to be mounted in the fixed frame of the sliding door or of the sliding window and on which on one side the aforementioned belt drive and the motor drive are mounted, and, on the other hand, a second profile which is intended to be mounted on the sliding door or window element and which is locally connected to the belt of the aforementioned belt drive, wherein in the first profile a recess is provided to enable the motor drive or a part thereof to be moved at least partially to the other side of the relevant profile without having to disassemble the belt drive and without having to disconnect the motor or the motor drive. This makes it possible to assemble the drive as a whole at the supplier in advance, making it easier for the installer of the windows to install the drive since only a limited number of loose parts have to be installed in pre-assembled condition, The invention also relates to a sliding door or sliding window equipped with a drive according to the invention. With the insight to better demonstrate the features of the invention, a preferred embodiment of a drive according to the invention and of a sliding window equipped with such a drive is described below as an example without any limiting character, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which figure 1 represents schematically and in perspective by way of example a sliding door which is equipped with a drive according to the invention during a maintenance or repair; figure 2 represents a view of the window or door of figure 1 but from a different point of view; figure 3 represents a perspective top view of a drive according to the invention; figure 4 represents the drive of figure 3 but seen from below; figures 5 and 6 show on a larger scale the parts which are indicated in figure 3 with the frames F5 and F6; Figure 7 shows the portion of Figure 6 in a position during normal use of the drive; Figure 8 shows the situation of Figure 6, but with the engine dismantled. The sliding door 1 shown in figures 1 and 2 is composed of a frame 2 which is composed of a number of hollow profiles 3 of aluminum or the like, of which, for simplicity, the upper profile in figure 1 has been omitted, which frame 2 is intended to to be installed in a doorway not shown. In the frame 2 a fixed door element 4 is provided as well as a door element 5 which is arranged slidably in the frame 2 and which is slidable between a closed position as shown in figure 1 and an open position in which the door element 5 for the fixed door element 4 is slid in the direction of arrow P. For displacing the sliding door element 5, a drive 6 according to the invention is provided which is shown in figures 3 and 4 as a separate installation unit which is intended to be installed in the upper hollow profile 3 or which can be integrated directly into the frame 2 and on the sliding door element 5 as shown in figures 1 and 2. In the remainder of the description, we will assume the latter situation. In the representation method of figures 3 to 8, the drive 6 comprises two profiles, respectively a first profile 7 which is in fact the lower profile wall of the upper horizontal profile 3 of the frame 2 and a second profile 8 which is in fact the upper profile wall of the upper horizontal profile of the slidable door element 5 and which is thus axially displaceable on the underside 9 of the first profile 7 relative to this profile 7. Mounted on the top 10 of the first profile 7 is a belt drive 11 with a belt 12, in this case a toothed belt, which is guided over two turning wheels 13 and 14, the shafts 15 of which are fixed on this first profile 7. The drive 6 is furthermore provided with a motor drive 17 for the belt drive 11, which motor drive 17 is composed of an electric motor 18 and a transmission 19 between the motor 18 and the belt drive 11. The motor 18 is preferably releasably connected to the transmission 19 by means of a releasable mechanical coupling 20, for example in the form of a plug-in coupling, snap coupling, bayonet closure or the like. The belt 12 is fixedly connected to the second profile 8 at a specific location, for example by means of a connector (not shown) with which the ends of the belt 12 are connected to each other in a loop around the turning wheels 13, 14 such that when the belt drive 11 is driven in one or the other sense, the profiles 7 and 8 are shifted into each other or apart. According to a specific feature of the invention, the motor drive 17 or a part thereof is mounted freely rotatable about an axis fixed on the profile 7, in this case around the axis 16 of the return wheel 14 or an axis coaxial therewith. This rotatable connection of the motor drive 17 makes it possible to rotate the motor drive 17 from the position shown in Figure 6 in which this motor drive 17 is perpendicular to the belt drive 11 along the underside 9 of the profile 7, to the position shown in Figure 7 in which the motor drive 17 is positioned at the top 10 of the profile 7 in line with the belt drive 11. To make this rotation possible from the position of figure 6 with the motor drive 17 mainly located on the bottom side 9 of the profile 7 to the position of figure 7 on the top side 10 of the profile 7 there is a recess 21 in the profile 7 to provide. The position shown in Figure 7 corresponds to the normal functional position of use of the motor drive 17 in which the entire drive 6 of the sliding door 1 is secured in the upper profile 3 of the frame 2 and the motor drive 17 is secured in a recess 21 'above the recess 21 of the profile 7. A cover 22 can be provided which allows the recess 21 to be covered in order to conceal the motor drive. In the assembled state, this cover 22 is preferably in line with the upper profile 3 of the frame 2 in order to disrupt the profiling of the frame 2 as little as possible. The drive 6 is preferably provided with a kind of docking connector 23 for electrically coupling / disconnecting the motor 18, with a first connector part 23 which is provided to be mounted in the fixed frame 2 and to be connected to a cabling for the power supply and optional control, and a releasably complementary second connector part 25 of the motor 18 that can be coupled to the first connector part 24 when the motor drive is rotated from the position of Figure 6 to the position of use of Figure 7. For maintenance or repair, after the cover 22 has been removed, the motor drive 17 can be turned away from the cavity of the frame 2 so that, as shown in figures 1 and 2, this motor drive 17 is then accessible to the fitter or repairman. which can also easily release the engine. By turning the motor drive 17 outwards, the electrical supply is automatically disconnected by disconnecting the connector 23, so that the sliding door 1 cannot be activated inadvertently. It is clear that the drive 6 does not necessarily have to be built up on sliding profiles 7 and 8, but that the belt drive 11 and the motor drive 17 can be mounted directly in the frame and on the sliding door element 5. It is clear that the term belt transmission also refers to a cable or chain transmission. It is clear that motor drive 17 can also contain two or more mutually coupled intermediate transmissions between the motor 18 and the belt drive 11, one of these intermediate transmissions being rotatably mounted about an axis fixed in the frame about the motor from the recess in being able to turn away the frame, with one or more intermediate transmissions as a part of the motor drive remaining in place when the motor is turned out. It is not excluded that the motor drive 17 does not contain a transmission and that in that case the motor 18, for example, directly drives the turning wheel 14. It is also not excluded that the motor drive or a part thereof are not rotatable, but alternatively are wholly or partially extendable. It is clear that the motor drive 17 does not necessarily have to be mounted in an upper profile 3 of the frame 2, but can also be mounted in a lower profile 3 or in a side profile 3. Moreover, it is not necessary for the belt drive 11 and the motor drive 17 to be mounted in the same profile 3, the belt drive 11 being mounted, for example, in the top profile 3, while the motor drive 17 or a part thereof is mounted in a connecting side profile 3 of the framework 2. The present invention is by no means limited to the embodiments described by way of example and shown in the figures, but a drive according to the invention and a sliding door or sliding window equipped with it can be realized in all shapes and sizes without departing from the scope of the invention .
